"At least 131 people have died in an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with 513 suspected cases. The World Health Organization declared it a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. The outbreak is caused by the Bundibugyo virus. Two confirmed cases and one death have been reported in Uganda. An American doctor tested positive and will be evacuated to Germany for treatment."
