"An American doctor contracted Ebola while treating patients at Nyankunde Hospital in Bunia, DR Congo, and is now being treated in a special isolation ward at Charité hospital in Berlin. At least 131 deaths and over 513 suspected cases have been reported in the outbreak. The CDC issued a Title 42 travel ban for travelers from DR Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan, and allocated $14 million for response. WHO declared a PHEIC. The strain is Bundibugyo virus, with no approved vaccines or therapeutics."
