"Regeneron (REGN) announced a $125M research deal with Parabilis to develop Antibody-Helicon Conjugates for five targets, including $50M upfront and $75M equity, with up to $2.2B milestones. The European Medicines Agency accepted the Marketing Authorisation Application for Otarmeni (lunsotogene parvec) under accelerated assessment for a non-Ebola indication. Separately, Regeneron reported that its monoclonal antibody maftivimab demonstrates in vitro activity against Bundibugyo ebolavirus and is under WHO evaluation for potential supply and delivery."
