"Ugandan health authorities on Monday reported two new Ebola cases, bringing total infections to seven. All cases are linked to the outbreak in neighboring Congo, which appears to have started before May 15. A 59-year-old Congolese man died May 14 in Kampala before Ebola was diagnosed, later infecting a driver and health workers. Congo has over 900 suspected cases, mainly in Ituri province. The outbreak is the Bundibugyo type, for which there is no approved vaccine or treatment. Response is hampered by attacks, distrust, and international aid cuts."
